3. We design and revise the diagram until you satisfy.

4. After confirm the design, we will product it for you. It will take 5-10 days(production time).

5. Send goods to you. We will choose the best express company to sent the products to you.

6. After-sales service. Any problem, please contact us promptly. We will provide the best after-sales service for you.


Note:

Please pay attention that the regular airmail post service usually take 22-25days . Mostly, it will take 1-3days for us to confirm the final design with our customer and our designer.

So the whole custom order process will take about 3-4weeks. If you are hurry to use it for a public activity/event, we recommend you choose DHL express shipping service(shipping time 7-10days ).


If you do not have special requirements, we will make according to our standard materials.our standard materials are as follows.

• Fabric High density Lycra (which has better elasticity than normal).

• 80% Polyester&20% Spandex.

• High-elastic sponge pad no silicone with memory function is suitable for long-distance cycling, whitout pain.

• Silicon gripper on the leg openging.

• Six Line Four Needles flat stitching to effectively prevent friction sores between skin and stitching seams.
