Your order can be cancelled/changed before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping information email. In this case, you may simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions after you receive it within 30 days upon delivery.
For expedited assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team via Livechat within 3 hours after order was placed.

To use a coupon code or a gift card, enter it into the “Gift card or coupon” field during checkout and click “Apply.
Please note that each code can only be used once. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

You can log into your account on our website to view your order history. You can also review order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

If your payment has been declined, then you’ll need to double check your payment information and place your order again. We aren’t able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.

Unlike other sellers, we give you the freedom to mix and match designs.

If you are ordering a kit with the option to only select one size, order the larger of the two sizes for the kit, and add a note at checkout for the different sizes you need at checkout. (e.g Jersey L+shorts M )
We will arrange for the different sizes from when we process the order for you.

Our company currently sells its products only on our website. We are happy to consider any requests of this kind devoted to commercial transactions, depending on the geographical area and the type of store. Please submit such requests via email to support@wulibike.com.

DELIVERY

Please allow 1-3 business day to process in addition to the shipping times. (but can sometimes take up to 4-5 days).

Packages are delivered directly from our warehouses in the location of goods via a local logistics service.
Full tracking is provided on all deliveries, with items also being tracked via your package no. Click to enter the package tracking page.

Our stock levels are “live,” so if it’s available to add to your cart/basket, then it’s in stock and ready to ship immediately. We endeavor to keep all stock levels as accurate as possible, but sometimes items are missing or sold out. This is rare but can happen, and we will contact you via email or telephone if there are any missing items or problems with your order.

Yes, of course, we get it. Shopping online is tricky.

We can update the sizing until the order has been shipped. Once your order has shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the sizing.

Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our Customer Care Team with the order number. We’ll be more than happy to help!

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Depending on where our stock and inventory are located, you may receive packages from different areas. But the vast majority of packages will be sent from Hong Kong.

Please verify all of your shipping details were correct. If you find that your details were filled out incorrectly or need further assistance, please contact our Customer Care Team with the order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Wulibike still offers free shipping on all orders, whether you spend $1 or $500. Orders are despatched on a Monday to Friday.

For Express Shipping, it is typically 20-80$. The exact cost depends on the destination of the order. If free & discounted shipping, orders must be above 100$.

we offer a custom design service.
As you can tell by our jersey designs, our designers are the best of the best, and our designers come up with modern eye catching designs guaranteed to get you compliments.

Once we receive your design idea and proposal, our designers will design something and send you blueprints before production.

Please keep in mind, all custom jersey design requests are nonrefundable due to the nature of the item.

Due to the nature of personalized items, all items are final sales as they cannot be re-sold to other customers due to the customization.

If there is a mistake in the customization due to Wulibike misprinting, we will gladly offer a free resend.
