After-Sales Policy

This after-sales policy is designed exclusively for Wulibike dealers.

This policy applies to all Wulibike cycling apparel purchased directly from Wulibike. Distributors must retain valid proof of purchase (original invoice, delivery note, or sales order) to exercise any of the rights below.

 

  1. Return & Exchange Policy (30 Days)

1.1 Eligibility

Within 30 days of receipt, distributors may request an exchange or refund when the product:

1.1.1Contains manufacturing defects (e.g., defective stitching, broken zippers, fabric flaws)

1.1.2Was damaged in transit (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)

1.1.3Does not match the original order, product description, or specification

 

1.2 Procedures

To initiate a refund or exchange:

The email must include:

A clear photo showing the problem.

Wulibike will respond within 1 business days and inform you of the next steps (e.g., replacement in next shipment or refund approval).

 

1.3 Exclusions

Refund or exchanges will not be accepted under any of the following:

1.3.1Requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt

1.3.2Original tags, packaging, or included accessories are missing

1.3.3Damage due to improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

1.3.4Proof of purchase is missing, false, altered, or tampered with

1.3.5Technical review finds no quality issue

1.3.6Force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, lightning)

 

  1. Other Support-Warranty (Post‑31 Days, up to 90 Days)

Wulibike offers an extended warranty period for quality issues on products purchased by distributors:

 

From Day 31 to Day 90 after receipt, distributors may request support for confirmed quality issues related to manufacturing or materials.

Wulibike may offer credit toward new purchases, or other remediation at its discretion.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or external factors remains excluded.

 

  1. Easy Claim Process

To minimize operational burden on distributors:

Claims are submitted with simple documentation (photos + proof of purchase).

Wulibike commits to timely review and communication.

You are not required to ship products back to Wulibike unless otherwise instructed for exceptional review.

 

  1. Annual Stock Clearance Policy

To assist distributors in managing inventory and seasonal turnover:

4.1 Clearance Eligibility

At November each year, distributors may apply for a stock clearance program under Wulibike’s clearance policy.

 

4.2 Advance Notice

Requests must be submitted at least 10 days in advance.

Wulibike will confirm eligible products and applicable discounts.

 

4.3 Applicable Discounts

Clearance discounts apply only to eligible stock as determined by Wulibike policy.

 

4.4. Limitations & Exclusions

These conditions apply to all parts of this policy:

4.4.1Damage due to improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or neglect

4.4.2Products lacking valid proof of purchase

Items showing damage caused by foreign matter (e.g., water, oil, sand) due to retailer/customer activities

 

Wulibike reserves the right to determine eligibility based on documentation and inspection.

Wulibike reserves the right to modify this policy with notice to distributors.

You may be required to sign updated terms for major policy changes.
