How do I check my E Gift Card balance?
If a Electronic Gift Card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the Electronic Gift Card email.
For customers without accounts, you must contact our customer service.
Can I return a E Gift Card?
Our gift cards are non-refundable. If you’d like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account.
Also electronic gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
What if I don’t use up my whole E Gift Card?
The unused portion of your egift card automatically remains in your account and can be used for any future Wulibike purchase.
When will my E Gift Card expire?
In 12 months!
Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, egift cards are a form of payment.
Do you have a physical Gift Card that I can send?
We only offer virtual gift cards at this time, but you can print it and it will fit standard envelope.
When will I receive my E Gift Card?
Immediately. (please be aware that it might take up to 1 hour for the system to send your card).
